All Skilled Meatworker training will be under the direct guidance of Adrian Prior our full time accredited Australian Mintrac assessor at our plant in Hanoi. He will be assisted by an additional Australian training manager to focus on core training units and advanced skills training when required.

Tuition will be focussed on Australian standard Beef, Sheep and Pork skill acquisition following Australian standards Cert 1, Cert 2 and Certificate 3 equivalent in a real time continuous meat processing environment with full protective gear and apparatus. Training will be to exacting Australian standards in a fast paced high quality processing environment with a daily throughput of 300 Australian Cattle and Vietnamese Pork per day.

Advanced Meat processing tuition will refine your skills to make you job ready for Australia.

If you are a candidate with already existing Skilled Meatworker experience gained in Vietnam, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea or Europe you will be given an exacting skills test to determine additional training and experience required to get you equivalent to Job ready for Australia.
